A delightful little antique Kimekomi Japanese male doll from the 1880s to 1900. Wearing hand made silk clothes and standing on a small black Urushi lacquer base. He also appears to have real hair and his head is made from gofun (a mixture of ground oyster shell).
He is in good overall condition with minor age related marks and approximately 10 cm in height.
