Our domestic and international shipping includes tracking. Some items will also include Signature on Delivery. We primarily use Australia Post for shipping domestically and internationally. We are also able to ship with Pack & Send if required.
You have a choice of paying with Paypal or Direct Debit. If you select Direct Debit as your payment option you will receive an automated email detailing the Bank Account for your payment. We endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days after payment is received into our account.
Our shipping charges reflect Australia Post charges with no uplift. We are happy to consolidate shipping costs if you are purchasing items from different product categories.
We take care to ensure your order is packed to protect the contents. Insurance with shipping is also available and we are happy to provide a quotation on request. Standard insurance offered by Australia Post and other agents may not be sufficient to cover loss or damage of fragile or expensive items.
Some framed artwork and heavier items are local pickup only or a courier at buyers expense. On completion of your purchase we will contact you to arrange a local pickup from the South Eastern suburbs in Melbourne. If you wish to use a courier service instead of local pick please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other fees levied on your shipment.
Kasasagi is not responsible for any delays or lost items caused by customs, inspections agencies other parties during shipment of your item.
