We use Australia Post for shipping domestic and international orders which are trackable. Some items will also include Signature on Delivery.  We are also able to ship with Pack & Send if required.

We accept payment from Paypal or Direct Debit.  If you select Direct Debit as your payment option you will receive an automated email detailing the Bank Account for your payment.  We endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days after payment is received into our account.

Our shipping charges reflect Australia Post charges and we are happy to consolidate shipping costs if you are purchasing items from different product categories.

All our artwork is stored and shipped in archival standard polypropylene bags.

We take care to ensure your order is packed to protect the contents. Insurance with shipping is also available and we are happy to provide a quotation on request.  Standard insurance offered by Australia Post and other agents may not be sufficient to cover loss or damage of fragile or expensive items.

Some framed artwork and heavier items are local pickup only or a courier at buyers expense.  On completion of your purchase we will contact you to arrange a local pickup from the South Eastern suburbs in Melbourne.  If you wish to use a courier service instead of local pick please contact us.

We do not accept returns on sold items.  Please ensure you study the images and information for the product to ensure you are happy with the item before making your purchase.  We are happy to answer specific questions about the product prior to you making your purchase.

IMPORTANT: International regulations and restrictions sometimes apply on the shipment of some of our items. If you have selected such an item, we will attempt to contact you so that you can adjust your order.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other fees levied on your shipment.

Kasasagi is not responsible for any delays or lost items caused by customs, inspections agencies other parties during shipment of your item.  We will however work with you to try to locate any missing items.
