There are traditional kites flying in the skies above. Published by Uchida Art Company Ltd in the 1940s – 1950s. The artist and publisher seal are on the lower left margin and print. The print is in very good condition.

Kotozuka studied at the Kyoto Specialist School of Painting. He was one of four artists who co-founded a co-op publishing house called Koryokusha in the 1940s. The other three artists were Tokuriki, Tobei and Tosobura.
