A classic and beautifully detailed Cloisonne Vase from Meiji era Japan (1880 – 1890). Featuring spades around the neck of the vase each with intersecting butterflies and flowers. Leaves surround the base and neck and butterflies and flowers surround the body of the vase. The work is similar to the style by Namikawa Yasuyuki
Approximate dimensions – weight of vase (without stand) 235 grams and height 18.5 cm without stand.
