An amazing and strikingly impressive three tiered Box excellent condition for its age.  Thick lacquer is masterfully applied, red inside and black on the outside.  Three dimensional Gold lacquer pine trees in intricate raised relief detail the lid and front body. Two small Mother of Pearl highlights add colour to the lid and upper body in typical Japanese restraint.
