An extremely compelling and engaging Hanya Mask hand carved from a single piece of Cypress.
In excellent overall condition with the signature of the Craftsman on the verso of the mask. There is a minor abrasion on the forehead above the nose. It is part of the luster or oil polish with the wood remaining undamaged (please see images).
The approximate dimensions of the mask are Total Height 28 cm, total Width 17.7 cm and total Depth is 8 cm.
