An original Chuban size woodblock print by Utagawa Yoshitora (1836 to 1880). From the series The “Chushin Gishi Meimei Den” Biographies of the Royal Retainers, 1864. Depicting one of the legendary 47 Ronins known as “The Syllable Chi” Yoshida Chuzaemon Fujiwara no Kanesuke.
In excellent condition and signed Yoshitora ga on the bottom right of the print.
Aproximate sheet size is 25 cm Height and 18.5 cm Width
