A Japanese deerskin Tabaka-Ire Tobacco Pouch estimated to be from late 1700s. and an intricately detailed Kiseruzutsu Pipe Case featuring a bamboo and brass Kiseru Pipe.
The deerskin pouch has a skillfully hand tooled brass clasp of a Wild Boar featuring gold highlights. The hand excised wooden pipe case has an Urushi lacquer finish.
The pipe has a bamboo stem with an embossed fluted bowl and mouthpiece which appear to be silver and brass. Please see the images for some damage to the pipe.
The Ojime also features the artists signature and seal.
