A high quality Japanese Tabaka pouch, pipe holder and signed pipe from the mid to late 1800s. Featuring a beautifully stylized Bronze and Gold highlighted Kanamono (clasp) of a lion. Featuring a highly detailed Urushi Lacquer Musozutsu Pipe Holder. A silver pipe with a Suikuchi (mouthpiece) and Karikubi (bowl) and Bamboo Lau (stem) feature matching signatures on the bowl and mouthpiece.
The pouch, pipe case and pipe are in great condition expect for a crack to the bamboo stem (please see images).
