A beautiful Bronze Okimono of a Shishi Lion Scroll or Scholars Document Weight. Shi are also known as a Foo Dog. Estimated to be from the Edo Era, early to mid 1800s Japan. This Okimono comes complete with its original signed box. All in very good to excellent condition.
Approximate dimensions are length 4.5 cm and weight 126 grams and weight with box is 161 grams.
