A beautifully presented book on Japanese Beauties (Bijin-ja) by famous Ukiyo-e artists.

A double sided book containing 32 pages of beautifully illustrated colour prints from original woodblock prints by artists such as Eisen, Utamaro, ITO, Hiroshige, Kunisada and many others.

The book is beautifully bound in silk and has a cover that is also silk bound.   Estimated to be from 1930s Japan and in good condition.

Approximate dimensions are 31 cm height and 23 cm width and 1.1 kg weight.
